Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities


In Person:

Sunday, April 26th registration opens at 4pm (set up prior)

Monday, April 27th; last session ends at 3:30pm


Virtual: 

Friday, May 1st

There are 3 ways for a vendor to take part in the 2026 PAACE Conference:

  • Sponsor/Exhibitor/Session Presenter: support PAACE financially, be recognized at the conference for your generosity, have a chance to showcase what your company has to offer by facilitating your own session, enjoy time networking with attendees throughout the conference

  • Session Presenter/Exhibitor: support PAACE financially, Share your goods/services directly with PAACE Conference attendees in a breakout session, enjoy networking with attendees throughout the conference

  • Exhibitor ONLY: support PAACE financially, enjoy networking with attendees throughout the conference

 Gold Sponsor/Exhibitor/Presenter ★★★★ ($4,700) 

    • Company/Organization name and logo displayed on 1 meal slide deck
    • Sit with PAACE Leadership at one meal and have a chance to greet the conference attendees
    • Logo prominently displayed on the PAACE website and social media platforms
    • Logo prominently displayed on marketing e-blasts, which are sent out to all PAACE members throughout the conference marketing campaign
    • Full page color advertisement in the conference program booklet, 2026 Ad Specs
    • Company/Organization name noted on Sponsors’ Page in conference program 
    • 2 Exhibitor Tables INCLUDED 
    • 2 Conference Registrations INCLUDED, REGISTRATION OPENS in December
    • 1 In-Person Presentation, **New 1 Virtual Presentation OR 1 Introduction during Virtual Session Included (your choice), Submit your proposal by: 1/31/26
