The 2009 PAACE Midwinter Conference featured many excellent sessions and roundtable discussions. Presenters had the option to submit their handouts electronically for posting to the website. One of the purposes of this panel presentation is to introduce participants to the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania 's Adult Literacy Baseline Standards Project, and The Mayor's Commission on Literacy's work with UWSEPA on this Standards Project. The second purpose of this workshop is to inform agencies about how to meet the requirements of multiple funders while maintaining and improving services while involved in a standardization project.

Keeping PAACE with Hiring Practices
